Booking a band – how to confirm your booking

First of all please contact us for a quotation, brochure and sampler CD. Once you have seen and heard what we have to offer we are sure that you will want to confirm your booking!

In order to officially confirm your live music booking and secure a live band for your event, please read our terms of booking. All of our bookings are governed by these terms. All you then need to do is fill in our confirmation of booking form to state that you agree to our terms and to provide all necessary information for your contract.

You will be asked to confirm the following details for inclusion on the contract so please make sure you have them to hand. We will not be able to take a booking without this information.

Your full contact details (address, telephone number, email)
The full name and address of the venue
Size of band required (you can add to this later if required)
Approximate timings for your event

As soon as we receive this confirmation form your selected live music booking will be confirmed. A link to your contract will then be sent to you via email which you need to submit online. You will then be issued with an invoice for the booking deposit, which should be paid within 7 days. Full payment terms and amounts will be outlined in the contract and invoice. Payment can be taken by cheque or bank transfer. Unfortunately we cannot take payments by credit card at this time.
