About The Musicquarium

Live music has been a passion of ours for many years. After attending many private and public events we realised that it was usually the music that was the most memorable part of the event. Very rarely did we overhear guests discussing table decorations or flowers. With live music playing such an important part at so many events we decided to use our expertise to enable our clients to be able to tailor each performance to fit exactly with their event requirements. The Musicquarium was thus created and we have been providing bespoke soundtracks for private and public events ever since.

We started out in 2001 with one band offering one style of music with one size option. This band quickly became very popular and our clients were soon asking if we could scale the size up or down, perform different styles of music and generally cover all musical angles. To meet these needs we auditioned and rehearsed a variety of top professional musicians, created additional bands to specialise in various styles of music and arranged each band’s repertoire to ensure the possibility of multiple size options.

Since then our services have grown to the full scale production that you see today; numerous self-contained professional acts that have their own identity and top class reputation. We have musicians performing at hundreds of weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, product launches, festivals or public venues each year and we employ the services of some of the most respected names in the professional music industry.

We have a great range of live bands to choose from, covering funk, soul, pop, rock, disco, indie, modern chart, jazz and swing. We have additional classical options to tailor your event further should you require. You can even build your own bespoke band if we don’t have an option that meets your requirements. Our services cover the whole of the UK too, so we can provide you with the perfect live music package no matter where your event is being held.
